Can you tell me the cost over the phone?

Not honestly, no. Two leaks that look identical from the ceiling can be a twenty-minute tile swap or a full chimney flashing. We would rather look at it and give you a real figure.

My ceiling is stained but the roof looks fine from the ground.

That is normal. Flashings, valleys and mortar joints are the usual culprits and none of them are visible from the pavement. It takes getting up there to see.
