What is the quickest way to reach you?

Ring 020 8485 8030. If we are up a roof we will not hear it, so leave a message or send the form and we will come back to you.

Can I send photos of the problem?

Yes, and it genuinely helps. Email them to [email protected] with your address, and we can often tell you what we are looking at before we arrive.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A handful of slipped tiles, a blocked gutter or one cracked ridge tile are all normal work. Small jobs are cheaper to sort now than after a winter of water getting in.

What happens with the details I send?

They are used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. The privacy policy sets out who processes an enquiry and how long it is kept.

Can I get a price without an appointment?

Not a reliable one. We can talk through what you are seeing on the phone and tell you roughly what is involved, but the figure comes after we have looked at it. That visit is what makes the quote worth comparing with anyone else.
